| Q. What is the life of the food after it has been delivered? |
| A. All of our fresh produce needs to be consumed/cooked/frozen within 24 hours to ensure it is at its best. |

| Q. How will skinning and boning affect the fish? |
| A. The fish will still be one whole piece but it will be ready for cooking straight away. It will weigh slightly less though. |
